I am pleased to inform you that starting July 1, 2008, we will consolidate our various brands as Zymmetry (思明啟域). We will no longer use MSC, a name that you are more familiar with in Asia.

Established in 1989 as the MSC Limited, we have gone through nearly 20 years of steady growth. Our vision remains the same - to bring efficiency to the apparel supply chain through the use of technology. The year 2008 has been an important one for us, as we partnered with the world’s leading product lifecycle management (PLM) solution provider to deliver the first integrated product development and sourcing solution for apparel. At the same time, our patented and award-winning RFID factory floor solution have penetrated China, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, India, Taiwan and Thailand with over 100 committed facilities.

Zymmetry is a unique name that signifies balance and harmony. MSC has transformed to Zymmetry to reflect the harmonious and balanced interaction required between buyers and suppliers, the east and the west, business and technology, necessary to succeed in the apparel supply chain. Our new name unifies our corporate brands and reinforces our commitment to bringing unique and industry leading solutions to our customer base that spans the globe. With over 300 corporate clients and over 100,000 global users, we will continue to revolutionize the apparel industry through the use of technology.

We believe the consolidated brand of Zymmetry signifies a new era of our business and our commitment to delivering the best quality product and services as we did in the past. I look forward to your continued support in the future.
